Package Policy

Starting May 2022, we have updated our package policies for our new location. Packages now have the following expiration dates:

• Packages of 4 expire 8 months after purchase.

• Packages of 8 expire 1 year after purchase.

• Packages of 12 expire 2 years after purchase. 

• If you have a previous package from our first location, it has automatically expired per our previously stated policy. If it was purchased during the pandemic, a grace period of 2 years was given. 

• Packages are non-refundable and meant to be used in a timely manner aligned with our stated policy. Packages are not considered to be gift cards.

Guests: Packages can be shared among yourself and a partner or family member. Package-holder must provide approval along with their guest's name in advance.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please call and cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged the full price for your tan via credit card. This charge will not be deducted from your package, and the package quantity will remain the same.
