Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. We accept cancellations exclusively via phone; online cancellations are not supported. Kindly call or text us at 415-858-9100 to cancel your appointment.
Appointments cancelled after the 24-hour window or in the case of a no-show will incur a charge equivalent to the full amount of the scheduled appointment. This charge will be processed using the card provided at the time of reserving your appointment.
For package-holders, the full price of the tan will also be charged. Missed or cancelled appointments will not be deducted from your package balance, and the quantity of sessions in your package will remain the same.
We understand that circumstances may arise, but please consider that our artist is in high demand and relies on a carefully managed schedule. When appointments are missed, it not only affects our ability to accommodate other clients but also results in lost opportunities for our artist. Additionally, our artist comes into the salon on an as-needed basis, so your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy is greatly appreciated.
